"I was initially planning on renting from these people, but I got word that they are now demanding double the monthly rent as a security deposit as opposed to what literally every property owner/manager since the dawn of time has required, which is the standard same as 1st month's rent. This and addition to the fact that half the places I was shown still had giant stains on the carpets. So you're telling me that you want me to give you a $2000 cleaning deposit for an apartment that you never bothered to clean in the first place? These people, like every other property manager, are either clinically insane or are a new kind of greedy."

My personal experience has been awful to start off with the apartment had not been clean as promised took 3 days to clean before moving in and never got my cleaning credit . Second my power has been out of my kitchen for more than a week yet they want to take me to court. But that's not what bothers me . I publicly want to say to Courtney you customer service skills are the worst when did you become above everyone else you are a property manager that's it . No better or less than anyone. They have been continuously improving the property (new carpet, appliances, and community washers and dryers). I lived in a unit that needed new carpet. To accommodate me they remodeled another apartment for me to move into. Very satisfied!"
