"They took 48 hours to get back in touch with me when I reached out to make an appointment only to be told they were not going to take me as a client…for primary care(its in their name) The receptionist i spoke with initially was rude and would ask a question only to cut me off. The feeling i gathered was that i had inconvenienced her by called(part of her job is to answer the phones) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! This was my first and only interaction with this place and it was horrible."

"Doctor was fine. My problem, like so many others have said, was with office staff. When my son was born he was incredibly jaundiced and they wanted a blood test every morning we had to get at the hospital. The hospital had to have orders for the test from the doctor but every time we called it was an incredibly long wait for someone to answer. And the hold line even says, "if you've been waiting on hold for longer than 15 minutes hang up and try again later". This is ridiculous. The hospital even had no other number to call to bypass. When they do answer they act as if you're inconveniencing them, so I switched doctors. Again, my doctor was fine, but not good enough to make me want to deal with the staff."
