"Beware of renting here. Your security deposit will magically disappear! Normal wear = your fault. Cleaning fee = We were charged $70 by the Landlord even though the place was spotless. She said "well, we found some crumbs in a cabinet" I highly recommend making the landlord sign a standard lease agreement, even if they don't want to - otherwise your money is toast. For the record, I did not mark this business as closed"
