"While the place itself is nice & neat. The manager hires family or friends as the maintenance team who are partially skilled at whelat they do. The manager must do routine inspections, but she will let herself in when SHE wants, no 24 hr notice, no warning. She uses her master pass key & there you'll be, naked in the shower or in bed. So rent at your own risk."
"Lived here for almost four years. They can not keep a property manager on site. Moved in back in December of 2014, and had seven management changes between December 2014 and August 2018. They are quick to inspect their units but neglect to adequately maintain them. We had to wait nine days to get a toilet unclogged. They also are quick to threaten you with a lease violation if they find something wrong or to get the tenants to comply with a request. If you have health issues or disabilities, they are not taken into consideration after you sign your lease. Also expect annual rent increases of as much as $60 per month."
