"North Shore office.. can only get appointment Mon or Tuesday with Baig, THEN 2 hr lobby wait time almost every time. NOT right to force patients to wait 2 hrs, then 45 min more wait after being called back to cubicle. HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES."

"Visit the office on Monday 08/24/2020. I was told by the MA that someone would call me regarding my son physical form. Call yesterday was imform to call back because different MA work different days this is ridiculous. Now it's Thursday you can't get anyone in the office. They needed to get records from Texas Children that Dr.Baig order test a couple years ago which should have been on file. Then I call Texas Children they said everything is on portal so they could have pull them right away. Instead of taking care of patient now I have to come back this doesn't make sense. 9/10/2020 Diana the office Manger took care of the problem. Explain that they do not have access to Texas Children Portal."
