"Worst experience so far"

"Worst experience ever with doctors. 1. She asked me why I wanted daycare and when I said I work, she replied “oh you’re a working woman”. I don’t what kind of demographic she is used to seeing and what stereotypes she has but she should go take some DEI continuing education. She also doesn’t do a full assessment so busy asking me about daycare she didn’t address the plagiocephaly or else she feels like certain shades of babies are supposed to look that way."

"My son has been a patient of Dr. Naila Soorty since she was Dr. Naila Khateeb at Pediatrics & Endocrinology on Red Oak. She is now located at the Spring Branch Community Health Center. She may have changed names & locations but the love & care for her patients is still there. I trust her with my 9 year old son who ways 5 or so when we first started seeing her. Over the years she has educated us on what’s best for the patient using her years of study, experience, knowledge, & expertise. In my opinion she is among the greatest doctors simply because she does her job WITH LOVE. In her presence be respectful & put your phone away, listen to her advice & she will keep your children strong & healthy. MY SON & I SINCERELY THANK U AGAIN FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN WHAT U DO.
