"I enjoyed my experience at this doctor's office until I took my two year old in for her yearly check up. She asked was everything going okay, and I mentioned that she had a runny nose. There was no medication prescribed neither did she do anything. She told me to keep using over the counter meds. A month later I received a phone call from her staff stating I had a copay for my two year old visit. Her office billed the insurance company wrong, and did not want to fix the issue. I recommend you not to mention anything is wrong with you child unless you want a copay, I could understand if she addressed the issue, or even treated the issue. I don't understand why I should pay a copay for her telling me to use over the counter meds."
"I've been going here for 6 years now for all 4 of my kids. I truly love Dr.Khateeb. She can be harsh at times but she does mean well that's just how she talks, but she knows what she is doing. My son had the pink eye & I didn't know it. I came in & she immediately just knew what it was & prescribed him medication. She's also really funny & nice to the kids. I used to think she was mean but now I know that she is a star & just tells it like it is."
"My husband took our son in to go over test results. Dr. Kahteeb then accused us of over dosing our son because his T4 numbers slightly went up. First off, no one would ever dose this child given how much we love him. Second, she did not ask what may have caused those numbers to go up because if she would have asked we would have told her that he had been sick and was prescribed other medication from his other doctors and that may have the issue. Third, this doctor assumes everyone who comes in the door has no medical background and that is inaccurate in our case. I just called to ask if I can address those remarks and I was told that I have to make an appointment to come in."
"I love Dr. Khateeb! I took my second born to her and she was amazing so I switched my oldest daughter to her as well. We had our third little princess 2 years ago today and Dr. Khateeb cares for her as well. She's extremely knowledgeable and has kind bedside manner. Her staff is kind as well!"
"I didn't like the doctor at all she was very judgemental, critisizing instead of advising and both my girls 9 and 8 said she made them very uncomfortable, she was stern with my son too and made me feel like a bad mother. She also took Co pay for the first visit although I needed an annual checkup but their office said the first visit we will register and later they can have annual checkup I'm new in town so I thought this was the norm in Texas, however I called other places and they said this is not the case I paid 120$ (40/child) for no reason, I'm demanding a refund still."
