"Before asking Ray to come by and take a look, all I knew was that I wanted to remove a wall between two rooms to make a more open space.  It sounds simple, but there were a few complications we couldn't figure out. The ceiling height for each room was different. The windows were contoured to form two distinct spaces, and there were bump outs in the walls for plumbing and hvac. Ray looked at the design and said this basement was not an afterthought, so open it up, but keep the original design.  We decided trust his expertise and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.  We went with arches to mimic the kitchen/family room configuration. Quality work, completed on time and under budget. We'll be working with Ray and his team for future renovations."
