"These guys are some of the biggest scammers I know. These guys should be shut down for the things they do. Cabinets arrived damaged and con artists. They sell you one thing and the contract says another, so be careful and read the fine print. They don't know how to build cabinets in the first place, they left gaps in the framework and splits from the packaging. Then they threaten the buyer to try to scare them from taking action. Do not do business with these people. It's laughable how they are even still in business."

"I will not suggest anybody to buy cabinets from them. I worked with Amber so call designer. They will give some sample cabinet to you to visualize the kitchen cabinet and will earn the business from you but during the timeframe between your order and delivery they will silently without taking your approval will change the color/material to minimize their cost. If you are under the assumption that whatever sample you got same will be delivered to you and you sign the agreement, in their language you are doing a crime. In my case they did the same. When you raise the concern they will not accept their mistake and will say they can't do anything. So big "NO" for seigle."

"We found you 24 years ago since previous owners used your cabinets. We purchased additional cabinets to keep everything consistent. Now it's bathroom remodeling time and ordered new vanity today! Helpful and pleasant staff. Meet the owner every time I walk in, impressive!! Great products, beautiful showroom and very helpful staff!"

"Very poor communication from the staff. We purchased a very expensive island for a kitchen demo. Their estimated deliveries were completely off and when I brought this to their attention they stated covid had a factor. Covid had already been around for over 8 months. They should’ve given a better estimate instead of short shot the delivery date just to gain a purchase. We also were told that a space for our microwave would be placed within the island to fit perfectly. The space was not big enough, which then caused my contractor to trim the cabinets and apply another whole layer of paint. The staff is poorly trained and did not give important details. Very disappointed."

"This is the address for Milescraft tools, if this cabinet center is not Milescraft tools, I apologize. I purchased several miles craft 90 degree drivers for my shop. The little magnets fell out of all of them. Tried to replace the magnets myself and put a drop of epoxy to hold them in. Could not find the right size tiny magnet. Left several voice mails and sent an email requesting a few replacement magnets since the ones i bought did not fit. No one ever returned a call or responded to my email. I know these are not terribly expensive tools, but a drop of glue on the magnet would be great. If I could find the right size magnet I would not be writing this. Horrible customer support. Just asked for a few magnets dropped in an envelope and even offered to pay for them. I have three pieces of useless plastic in my shop now and need to buy a different brand of 90 degree drivers to replace these. Waste of time, resources and money."
