"Randall Rd Elgin location, Portrait and framing dept. I took an oil painting portrait of myself and my wife to have it elegantly framed to surprise her for our 28 yrs wedding anniversary. This oil painting portrait isn't exactly cheap. Hobby Lobby completely ruined it. My complaint was escalated to their corporate office, this was back in August, its now almost the end of the year and still nothing has been done to solve the issue. This store has disregard the sentimental value of our painting and its causing a great deal.of frustration and agony. I'm now exploring taking legal action against this specific store. Please think twice before taking any of your valuable photos or paintings to this store for any kind of work done. I would have given them negative star if it was available."

"Nice store as always. But the associate that worked in the fabric department needs training in how to cut fabric with a straight line. I purchased fabric from there, and asked her to cut it in sections, and it was not even at all and was all jaggedy. Had to try and fix it myself at home and pretty much made it worse. So I wasted my $ on nothing."

Anyways my bank account doesn't like me coming here, I always say I need one thing.............20 items later.............sure. LOL Anywho it's always well stocked."
