"Whoever just answered the phone had attitude and she didn’t want help, I called this morning 11-13-23 and told them I went to the pharmacy and I was told they haven’t received anything, she said I can’t help you because the person in charge is not working today!! So what I’m suppose to deal with my pain and suffer? And I called again to see if someone else can send the order to the pharmacy instead she said no and hung on me!! They never sent my prescription to my pharmacy! They were suppose to send it on Thursday 11-09-23!"
