"I love this gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I usually come in the mornings before work to train with Adrian. He is great! He helps me to know what my diet should look like and shows me a variety of exercises to see what I’m most comfortable with. I appreciate the extra advice he offers on consistency and diet. "I LOVE my gym! I’ve been able to advance so much in my fitness goals and confidence with the multiple classes they offer. All of the instructors are awesome and helpful but my girl Sharon is it!! Her cycling class and Trupower class pushes me in the best way possible. If anyone has been hesitant to try a class as I was I definitely recommend her classes. You’ll leave feeling so accomplished and more knowledgeable on how to get the most out of your workouts!"

"I’ve been a member for going on a year. I’ve paid for 3 pt Sessions a week for 6months. All payments were auto withdrawn without any issues however the facility has not been able to find consistent reliable trainers to fulfill the session I was consistently billed for. I was told that the session would roll over and never go away however 4 trainers later and almost a year later, I still have 34 sessions not used because the trainers do not show! The manager of the PT is even worse! I’ve reached out to him several times and he will not return my phone calls. I’ve stopped by in person and I was told “He’s on an hour and a half lunch” I would leave and come back only to find out he’s gone for the day. I’ve requested a refund for the remaining sessions and was told it’s not possible. There is little to no effort for them to fulfill their obligations. It’s discussing what they are doing to people."
