He basically said he didn't care he was still going to run the transaction."

I was at around $100 sign up but then got $220 and some change. Even I asked to see the pricing for everything he said they couldn't. The screen turned off when he went to back to that page & he didn't break anything down at all. I've been in sales for over 13 years. There was no transparency or clarity in this pitch to get the close across the board"

"Honestly this gym has really gone downhill. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because the equipment has a good variety… however you can tell corporate is really trying to penny pinch. They’ve gotten rid of all paper towels in the fitness areas and replaced them with sani wipes that (conveniently) have an ad space above them. If you sweat a lot, you’re out of luck because there’s no towel service either. The worst part though are the employees. They do not maintain the restrooms or the weight area. Weights are left all over the gym and the employees don’t care. They turn off the lights 10 minutes before closing. And today at 8pm the employee yelled over the intercom “the gym is closed. GET OUT.” These are easy issues to fix. Get it together, management."
