"This is the worst place to take your pets. The staff and the Vet are extremely rude. I typically never leave bad reviews but the customer service at this place was the worst we've ever experienced anywhere."
"I've been taking my doggos to Dr. Santos for years! He tells it like it is, explains what's needed, and answers any questions as many times asked. I've never had an issue. He's straightforward, and I like that about him. He's taken amazing care of furbabies over the years. Prior to seeing Dr. Santos I attempted 3 other vets and with one experience in each of them, I had enough reason not to go back. I've taken him my doggos when injured/ill and for regular checkups. All times, he's been able to communicate well with me and I truly appreciate that. Ms. Patricia has always been so kind in helping me, too. Answering all my questions and being patient with me."
"Whatever you do, please do not bring your dogs here. Doctor and staff is horrible and have already had so many complaints from other pet owners. He does NOT care about your pets and sees them as just another animal in his office. He’ll only care about profit. Choose any other veterinarian but this one."

"Went in today for a procedure on my 10 Doberman puppies and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. It was my first time taking puppies to get surgery done and the doctor was very knowledgeable and reassuring since I didn’t know what to expect. He guided me through each step of what was going to be done and was very transparent when it came to cost. Midway through the procedure he gave me an update that everything was going smoothly and no complications arose. Once we were done I was very pleased by everyone working there, you can tell your pets health comes first when you come here. I can’t thank them enough, highly highly recommend!"
