The atmosphere is lively and motivating, with staff readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. However, my experience was dampened by the cleanliness of the ladies' locker room and bathroom facilities. Despite the gym's overall cleanliness, I found the locker room to be subpar in terms of cleanliness maintenance. The bathroom, in particular, was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing given the importance of hygiene in a fitness environment. For a facility where memberships are paid, cleanliness should be a top priority. It's essential for the well-being and satisfaction of members, as a clean environment promotes a more enjoyable and comfortable workout experience. While the Fitness Connection Irving Center offers a nice array of amenities and equipment for fitness enthusiasts, there is definite room for improvement in maintaining cleanliness standards, particularly in the ladies' locker room and bathroom areas. I hope that management takes this feedback into consideration to ensure a more pleasant experience for all members in the future."

"A good place to workouts has all kinds of equipment required for all kinds of exercises. It's spacious, yet sometimes a lot of people in the mornings . Has all kinds of proteins and weight loss products energy drinks and, most importantly, got trainers for newcomers . And also for the parents they have child care from 4 pm to 8 pm during the winters."

"As a morning person who likes to workout early hours....pretty much every day they are late to open the gym. Today they kept me and several other waiting for more than 30 minutes just to open the gym. Whoever owns the gym needs to thoroughly look into the punctuality of their employees to open the gym. You could only imagine, how the other things would be if they couldn't stick to gym open time."

"The equipment, cleaning wise fitness connection is good. But their marketing is the worst ever. I joined by seeing no enrollment fee, other fees except $10 monthly. However, on the second they're charging with different numbers and different names. When I spoke to the front office, they're simply not helping at all. Even for canceling the membership, they will charge $50. Worst experience. I would recommend to choosing something else."

"Most of the Fitness Connection locations are great. But the Irving's Fitness connection is the worst gym I've ever been to. It's dirty, the staff is not friendly and they don't respect customers, they open late when they want. In the last 8 days, 2 days they opened after 7am, those of us who arrived at 5am had to leave. I don't understand why they don't have two people opening the gym like they do at the other locations so if one of them doesn't show up the other can open on time."
