"Been seen by 3/4 different doctors here over the last few years. They love pushing pills that don't work and always with tests, like they are really pushing for the kick back. I called to get a refill of something and not only was it not the right med, it was something that I'd never been prescribed before. I don't know who's file they were looking at but it wasn't mine. Im looking into other options. If you are considering Master Medical, I'd get a second opinion."

"Very rude. Extremely unprofessional. No structure or order. Had an appointment in June for headaches. I had to call back 6 weeks later because no one reached out. The person Steph was completely off base telling me it depends on how long I keep her on the phone in response to my question of when will I be helped. Being a patient at this facility was completely uncoordinated. There is no direction at this facility. I do not appreciate being disrespected by staff. Steph also hung up the phone. Seeking alternative provider."
