"I had been going for about 8-12 months. I have a medically complex child who was having a rough couple of months and kept getting sick and on top of that I was on antibiotics 4 times myself for chronic sinus infections. You literally can’t get the injections when you are on antibiotics so I had a bunch of reschedules that were all valid. The only two no shows I had were due to scheduling errors on their part. During my last apt with them I had told the scheduler that I was out all the next week as I was going out of town to see family so she scheduled for the 12th which I assumed was Jan 12th bc I told her I wasn’t available Dec 12th. While I was away I kept getting calls about my upcoming apt so when I got home I got a call from Jennifer who informed me that I would be discharged as a patient bc they scheduled me incorrectly when I told her this she said that she would take that no show off but they were still discharging me as a patient when I pointed out that all reschedules were for valid reasons that I could not avoid and the two no shows were scheduling errors on their part she hinted that I hadn’t missed med checks but rescheduled procedures mind you I did get ALL procedures done I just had to move them. When I asked who I could escalate this to as I didn’t agree with their decision she got hateful and spiteful saying she was as high as it goes. She kept saying we care and understand which obviously they don’t if they are going to discharge a patient due to reschedules that could not be avoided. They do not care at all and make you feel like you’re doing something wrong even when your not and Jennifer is spiteful and hateful when questioned every time I would point out that I did have all procedures done and that I had proof from my sons illness showing I couldn’t avoid it she would say I know but still would not remove the discharge so she admitted she was wrong but punished me for it"

"I’d give a zero, if I could. Candice is very ableist. I have tumors embedded within my sciatic nerve, in my left leg (starting in my calf), now in my ischial tuberosity; the scans showed it had grown double in size. She did NOT look into my medical records. She diagnosed me with CRPS. I haven’t had a surgery on my leg, since I was 15. When my surgeon, came out upset and told my single, widowed father, they’re in operable. I’ve been on everything there is for my diagnosis (Multi-Focal Extra-abdominal Aggressive Desmoid Tumors, diagnosed from Harvard), which includes EVERY TYPE of pain medications there is. I’ve been on an opioid since I was 12, increasing twice the dosage when I was 15, with their advice to do so. All of my oncologist I have seen, directed me for pain, to pain management. She told me she was filling my pain medication. She lied, and refuses to see me until I get a MRI done of my lower back. In which, there are no tumors or issues with my lower back(besides the the pain from the tumors embedded within the sciatic nerve up to my ischial tuberosity). She knew how much pain I was in, but admitted to us, I was “too young” to be on Opioids; that “I have my whole life ahead of me to be on opioids”. I was NOT “too young” at 12+. I was NOT “too young” at 15+, when the doctors decided to increase my dosages. She invalidated me, didn’t look into my records and admitted she was an ableist. I am almost 25, still in severe chronic illness and pain. She couldn’t care less about my way of life or what I have been through the past 12 and a half years of my life… torture and hell. I no longer have a life, at all. I exist in a bed and a couch, due to so many appointments and no pain medication to help my cancer-like tumors. I am just EXISTING now, I no longer have moments of actually LIVING. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy, if I had one."

"My 88 yo MIL was there today 12/12/2022 to receive her first set of knee injections d/t severe arthritis. This was a rescheduled appointment as they cancelled her last one d/t her being ABT ear drops for a suspected infection. Her appointment was at 3:45 and due to traffic we walked in at 3:50 and was told they would be canceling her appointment (Kate APRN). I am a nurse of 26 years and took an oath to do no harm- what they did today is actually neglect and inhumane. We have contacted her PCP to find a new pain clinic that will perform hyaluronic acid injections. I am disappointed in this treatment center approach to someone that actually needs help."
