Ordered new glasses, wore the days and noticed they were not correct. Went back and Amber identified the problem. New lenses were ordered and the problem was corrected. "Strange experience. Went in for my annual eye exam. As usual, they checked my insurance and then asked if I wanted to make my next appointment. I said sure. Made the appointment for what I thought was next year. I was taken to the test room, where a new procedure was used on me I had not experienced before. Electrodes were attached under my eyes. A device looking like a flashlight was placed over one eye and a very uncomfortable procedure of pressing on my eye with my eye open was conducted with brilliant lights, taking several minutes for each eye. The device kept resetting and had to be started over, making the experience worse. Finally, the test was over, with no explanation what it was or if it cost anything. Then the test person said, ok, you are done. I said done with what? The test. What about the other tests I usually get? Oh. you only get this one. Pregnant pause, I said what about my annual exam? Oh that’s in 2 weeks. I said what? I made it for today. I do it all in one visit. They said no, they need to send the data out from your test today so the Dr can review it. I still don’t know what the heck the test was. It’s three hours later and both my eyes are sore. No one to call and I have no idea what they did. I left perplexed, still wondering why I wasn’t getting my exam. I don’t want two appointments, I have to take off work to do so. I never did see the Dr., nor did I learn what the test was."
