"I was uncomfortable from the minute I walked in. The waiting room smells absolutely horrendous... a bad mixture of body odor and mildew. The front desk lady is very rude and the staff acts extremely bothered by their patients. Like doing their job inconveniences them. The doctor is nice but seems to be rushed and old school. The office is very outdated and I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I was ever acknowledged... after signing in on the clipboard. The terrible smell and the rude staff has made me decide to seek a different neurologist."

"This place is unprofessional. They went to “diagnose” my grandmother at Maryville and sent her the bill 2 YEARS later to where it wasn’t covered by her insurance. They even admitted that they had forgotten to send this bill 2 years ago. She was then forced to pay over a $100 out of her pocket. The late bill definetly shows what kind of office is run."

"Dr. Nasser performed a EMS on my leg and diagnosed neuropathy. He has been providing friendly and professional care and advice including many samples of a new script. The staff is also very friendly."

"Waited 10 weeks for an appointment. After the first appointment, tests were scheduled. Waited 6 weeks for the test, and an hour before I was scheduled to be there, they called wanting to reschedule because their tech called in sick. Cost me a day of vacation and still have my pain."

"I've been seeing this Neurologist for almost a year and let me tell you, it's a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone, he doesn't listen to my concerns about medication, and the only thing he ever wants to tell me is, "you have no reason to be stressed out". Yeah, ok, I think he's forgotten what it's like to be a 22-year-old college kid who is also trying to run a student organization on top of it all. Also, when he had me do an EEG and an MRI, no one called to tell me what the results were, I had to call them and that was when I was told that it wasn't in their standard practice to call someone to tell them if their test results came out negative, only if they came back positive. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else."
