He is diligent with follow ups. He doesn’t has electronic medical record which would be my only criticism. His staff are very nice and very helpful. They are quick to respond on the phone and ask him questions if needed. They are such a team that when the assistant who was giving his allergies shots had to leave her position unexpectedly, Dr. Zeffren started giving the shots and did that for a couple of weeks! By the way, he is really good at giving shots that don’t hurt at all. Lastly, they send out text messages and emails whenever there is a change in hours of if they have to unexpectedly close early for the day, which I really appreciate."
