"I’m a truck driver and was in the St. Louis area when I had developed a tooth infection and was in severe pain. It had gone on for a few days so the infection started causing me to feel ill. So I came here to get some antibiotics so I could start treatment before I could get home to a dentist and they took very good care of me. The staff was very polite, everyone from the lady at the front desk, the nurse who took my vitals to the doctor that saw me. I really appreciated them letting me wait outside in my truck so I could lay down. They called me when it was my turn to see the doctor, and like I said I really appreciated them letting me do that. Great service all around."
"Despite being one of only two people in the waiting room, we were there nearly two hours for a basic skin infection. Never again. We chose this place because it opened earlier than our preferred urgent care. I could have waited for the other one to open and still gotten out faster."
"The care team is good but the center purposely uses improper coding practices in order to overcharge patients. This is a freestanding urgent care facility and they charged me as an emergency room. This made what should be a $90 copay into hundreds of dollars. Not to mention it’s insurance fraud and ultimately those prices go back to your premium. It took me a year of arguing, discussions with my insurance, and fighting a collection agency before they admitted fault and billed my insurance correctly. I have no doubt they do this on purpose because many people don’t understand the system. They bill insurance obscene amounts and only the patient can catch it in these cases. I only caught it because I work in the field. Don’t risk it. Go to a different center. If you go here, check you urgent care copay and request an itemized bill. Be wary, the bill in my case stated “urgent care” but my insurance told me it showed as an ER on their end. Confirm with your insurance they were correctly billed. Don’t be afraid to fight back."
"I’m so mad and in so much pain at the same time, this is unreal. I just got turned away for a MIGRAINE and was told to go to the ER. My boss was just in here 1 month ago for the SAME EXACT THING, they gave her a shot and she wasn’t had a migraine since and that was my goal coming today. I GENUINELY feel the staff just didn’t want to do their job. They were not helpful what so ever and told me to go to the ER- when doctors are urging everyone to NOT GO TO ERS UNLESS it’s an emergency. I understand it’s hard to find good staff today but come on. They didn’t take me back, they asked me if I had blurred vision and nothing more which I do not. Thanks for making this issue even more complicated “urgent care”. Pretty worthless if you’d ask me. Never mind the fact I drove 30 minutes and got dropped off to come here."
"I had a painful boil and went in to get it treated either by popping or antibiotics. I was able to walk right in and give them my insurance info and get checked in immediately. The receptionist was very sweet. Since I was in there alone, I only waited 5-10 minutes before I got called back. I also had to fill out paperwork since this was my first time here and I just walked in. Once I was in the room after the med assistant left. I was in the room for what felt like a long time which confused me since I didn’t see anyone else there and I could hear the workers having a conversation. But the doctor came in looked at my boil, asked if it hurt, to which I replied yes, and then she proceeded to examine it and then touched it even after I said it was painful. Then she said she wasn’t going to pop it and only give me antibiotics. The next lady gave me the paper with the med info on it and explained very clearly what I needed to do with the meds they prescribed and then she showed me out and I was on my way. Overall, it was perfect for just a quick walk in examine and then get the meds. Only a 4/5 stars because the wait seemed a little too long for no one being in the waiting room and because the doctor touched my very painful and sensitive boil right after I just said it was painful."
