"Terrible, first appointment iced out, no call to let me know, they did not answer phone no recording no anything. Went in two days later they had no computers very unprofessional temporary system in place. Spent two minutes with doctor. Ordered MRI. I told the nurse at the desk to tell insurance to make it urgent. I was told it will be alright (I knew better I’ve done this before) She wouldn’t listen. She wasn’t the one in serious pain. They waited a weekend an a day and half to order them from the insurance. I called to find out what is going on. Went to a recording, no call back of course. Called again later and was told waiting on insurance approval it may take ten days. The lady that answered the phone would not even listen to me and did not care. She said she would look into a call me back. I’m not really expecting anything better."

"Don't go here if you're a woman. You will just be dismissed and told to take ibuprofen."

"Doctor was so monotoned and when I would ask questions, he would say “idk that’s up to you”. The receptionist is kinda rude and sat there ranting to me about all her problems at work. Honestly I wasted my money going here."

"Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I was here for a broken wrist as part of a work comp procedure. I only actually had to come for my consultation which luckily the way the break happened, didn't need surgery and I got a cast the same day. I would recommend Dr Zhu."

"Nobody here can get their act together. Receptionists are extremely difficult to work with. Administration is forgetful. It’s difficult to get anyone on the phone. Unless you have a straightforward issue they’ll just send you somewhere else or tell you to go to PT even if you’ve already done it. I had to push them to do further imaging. Don’t waste your time. 2 stars because I thought the Dr was nice."
