"If it was possible to give 10/5 stars, I would. My physical therapist, Caroline, is the most kind, fun, attentive and welcoming therapist I could have asked for. I highly recommended this facility and if I am every in need of PT again, I will be going back to Athletico-Downtown and asking for Caroline."

"This place is awesome! Not that I wish pain on anyone, but if you need physical therapy, this is THE place to go. Caroline was my therapist. Very kind, funny, personable, and knowledgeable. She actively listened to me, whether I was feeling better and she could push me to do a little more or if I had a setback or was straining and she would dial it back and provide the best modifications to get the maximum results. Her goal was to get me back to where I was before I was injured. I'd say she succeeded plus some. The rest of the staff that I met there were great as well. Mikaela is like the big sister of group. Absolutely hilarious, but don't let that fool you; she knows her stuff. Spence is the "little brother". Not an annoying little brother, but a humorous affable little (big) dude that you want to hang around with. Definitely ask him about the "MJs" or the "Hee Hee's". And then there's Izzy at the front desk. Her cheerful smile and caring attitude is so welcoming and brightens up the place. This is not some stale or overly "clinical" type of place. The people there genuinely care and do their very best to heal the whole person, physically and mentally. Athletico has a great team here. I kind of wish I can go back just to hang out. Not to get my butt kicked with the exercises, but to hang out with an awesome group of people and get my morning boost of positivity."

"I was a patient at this location for about 7 months following my ACL surgery working with Spencer as my PT. Throughout my long recovery journey, Spencer genuinely cared about my progress and was always cheering me on to reach my goals. The clinic is a little low tech but the PTs are super knowledgeable and always innovating to make sure you get the most out of your time with them. And they’ll keep you laughing while they kick your butt and make you stronger. Would definitely recommend and go back to Spencer if I had another injury (but hopefully won’t need to!!)."

"Dr. Caroline Cooke is a great therapist! She understands that just because 1 part of your body is injured and/or needs rehab/therapy, the rest of the body should not be overlooked, especially if a different area is causing issues/pain. Dr. Cooke actively listens to her patients' concerns. She answers questions with respect, patience and compassion and is always willing to provide assistance. I highly recommend Dr. Cooke and the therapists currently working with her at Athletico Downtown. The staff is also very nice and friendlier than at most doctors' offices."
