Reviews
"Everything went well and I was in and out on about 10 minutes"
"The technician who fitted me for my cervical collar did an exemplary job. I have been coming to Hanger for my cervical collars for over 25 years. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail."
"I went into one of their locations back in April. It has been 3 months and I still haven't seen the orthotic or the shoes that were ordered. The first month of waiting was because they thought I was an insurance type that required paperwork from my doctor. I was using the insurance I emailed them weeks before my appointment. It didn't require further information from my doctor. The other two months, well one was production. They did say it would take a month from sending in the mold and paperwork. Okay, that's fine. This last month, well, I'm not entirely sure why. I haven't been given an update other than it is in production any time I've called to ask. I work a job that requires me to be on my feet most of my shift. I also recently had to have my right big toe amputated. So, to be walking around with a foot that doesn't have the support it used to has been awkward and painful. The site of amputation has blistered up twice since I returned to work due to rubbing. I think next year, or whenever I have to get replacements, I will not go back to this place. I can think of 3 months worth of reasons NOT to go back."
"They were careful and exacting in developing a mold for my orthotics. I believe wearing the orthotic was instrumental in recovering from long standing plantar faciitis."
"These people have changed my life. Kirk is awesome. I can do anything I want now thanks to their help. They are the best of the best. Thank you!"
