"this is the worst place, My son broke his neck and back in an car accident and uninsured, after 2 days in the hospital they just sent him home after mutliple calls got him in to see the doctor that provided service to him in the hospital to be told they dont need to see him to go and find another doctor . Called JFK clinical trying to get a physican to only get a run around, refussal for appt no explanation put on hold 20 times to be told that some one made him an appt somewhere else not even related to Mercy over a month later, never heard of the place they cant tell me who made the appt or when it was made. But the kid still has sutures in face getting older by the second severe pain and we are only week 2 out of the hospital, These are some of the most uncaring people to ever deal with and they act like you are bothering them when you call. Called Pt relations to only be told they will pass a message on to someone."

"After applying to the clinic it took a week to hear anything, which was only a request for more paperwork, I was denied access. The application person, a Mrs. Melbore (sp?), was nearly impossible to reach. I nearly ran out of medication and if I had had another seizure you could say bye bye to my license for a year. After leaving her a half dozen voicemails I finally got a hold of someone else who informed me I had been denied. Please get someone who understands urgency a little. She was kind and respectful over the phone but only WHEN she would answer."

"This clinic is going downward day by day. The front desk people are not friendly anymore, bunch of newbies don't know how to talk with manners. After waiting almost for half an hour, seeing the attendant chit-chatting with her colleague, and finally when she called my number, was accusing me that she has called my number long ago and I failed to respond(which is not true). There were very few people present that early in the morning, and everyone witnessed how rude that registration-desk lady was. I know it is a comprehensive clinic for low income people, but it is very upsetting to have such a poor service because of that."
