"I’m a month into my training with Joshua and already having excellent results. I’ve always tried to go the remote trainer route and it ended up causing more harm than good due to bad technique / form / programs etc I’ve also had to deal with an FAI hip issue and tendon problems from rock climbing issues. Going the physical therapy route never solved any problems and I couldn’t get a whole body approach from 3 different services over a few years. In just a month I’ve been able to dramatic improvement in the tendon pain in my arm and the hip exercises are doing great for general strength and mobility without bringing in more pain. I really appreciate his low ego approach to listening to my feedback when I don’t want to over do it and risk an injury or am having pain and he can quickly adjust the routine. The semi private session model works better than I expected and is a great price relative to expensive physical therapy co-pays. Highly recommended!"
