"Dr. Gair is everything you want in a doctor. She is warm, caring, competent, patient, non-judgmental, and thoughtful. When our former pediatrician moved her practice to Frisco, it became too far for us to follow her, so we moved the kids to West Plano Pediatrics. My husband and I have been very happy with Dr. Gair, as well as Dr. Mix and Dr. Berger, who saw us a few times when Dr. Gair's unavailable. We are a large family with kids ranging from infant to teenager, with each in different stage of their life and with different needs. Whether it's routine physical or sick visit, we never feel rushed. Dr. Gair is very thorough with her history-taking and assessment. She takes her time to build rapport with the child; paying attention to what's important to them, listening carefully and addressing any concerns brought up by the kiddo as well as the parents. She cares, and it shows. We are also thankful for the team of MAs and front desk staff at West Plano Pediatrics - they're courteous and professional, and emails and calls are always returned promptly."

"I have a 2 year old and 9 month old. Both of my kids have been patients of Dr. Leon since birth. Many times we've also had appointments with Dr. Reed when Dr. Leon isn't available. They are both fantastic. We love both doctors and the staff. The office runs so smoothly and I've never had issues with getting same day sick appointments or any of my general questions answered. Which happens to be a lot since my kids are in daycare and seem to get sick non stop. To me, not only is having a good doctor a must, but also you want a well run office with great staff. West Plano Pediatrics is top notch on all ends."
