"Dr. Hadeed is excellent , caring, and compassionate. So are Dr. Dambro and Dr. Cunningham. I worked with these doctors for many years and you could not ask for better. Janet the nurse is extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well. The only problem I have is I am an adult so I can't use them!"

"Dr. Hadeed is one of a kind. We’ve never had a doctor so attentive before. My 5 year old has suffered with asthma since he was a baby and has been hospitilazed in ICU for over a week on 3 different occasions. Dr. Hadeed is ALWAYS available to us. He even has answered our calls at midnight on the weekends. He is so kind and gentle with our children as well. I can’t thank him enough!"

"I am not impressed by Dr. Hadeed’s lack of bedside manner, his nurse Sharon is rude and the staff answering / returning calls is also unsavory. Dr. Hadeed rounded on my son in the ICU and was extremely condescending when I asked questions about my son’s medical care and diagnosis. Somehow, by him rounding on my son he was designated as the only pulmonologist (according to the pulmonary group’s receptionist and manager) my son could see, though there are six in the group and I never chose Dr. Hadeed. My son had another upper airway steepling episode this weekend which required racemic epinephrine and IV steroids by EMS and further stabilization at Cooks ER. My son’s PCP put in a referral for him to be seen as quick as possible by a pulmonologist at Cooks. After calling, leaving messages and speaking with five different members of that team over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Jennifer, the manager, let me know the first available appointment for my son to be seen would be February 15th. I was spoken to with disrespect and told that they would allow a one time switch of pulmonologists as though I had chosen Dr. Hadeed to be his pulmonologist because he rounded on my son a year prior when he was in the ICU. What happened to a patient’s right to choose a provider of their choice? How is following up in February 15th after a near fatal episode that happened on October 27th going to be of any real help? I’m totally unimpressed and will be seeking care elsewhere."
