"Update: needed to have my gd seen same day. We were able to see Dr. Deitchman who has a positive attitude and explains things well. Seems to always have a bright smile and a formal tie. I was informed, most doctors at this location can see your children until they are 21 years of age. Just changed pediatricians since Continuum didn't notify us that they were no longer contracted with Cigna. It was rough going with Continuum anyway. Although doctors there are fantastic. I am so happy with np Lori Payne. She explained to my grandsons, teens, everything on their level so THEY understand all the information too. Extremely thorough and answered all our questions. After paying with my debit card, my daughter told me that night, she has a medical card to pay with. I called the next day. They let me make the payments with her card and refunded me on my card, all over the phone from their billing office. It doesn't get better than this."
