"While there, everything seemed fine. We waited a while but were warned when I made the appt that they were behind so no big deal. After, however, it went downhill. They forgot to send a prescription in for my kid, 24hrs later and 5min to close time... no one got around to sending it after repeated requests. My kid has Flu type A which is going around obviously. The nausea won't let her keep meds down for the crazy fevers. But... no nausea prescription= no fever meds so my kid is just continuously miserable. They keep replying they are overwhelmed and I get it, but that means take LESS patients if necessary so quality care can be provided. Or at the very least completely tie loose ends before moving to the next. Everyone is getting lost in the shuffle."

"The staffing was polite, the wait time wasn’t outrageous like the other reviews stated. There is a wait, but it was expected, the total process for stitches was approximately 3 hours from arrival to exit. Yes anytime your child is hurt or sick it always feels urgent and like an emergency, but there is a hospital/emergency room at a different location to go to for that reason. For stitches this was the perfect location, it would have been 5 stars but it seemed as though the numbing agent was not as effective for my toddler, which isn’t the staff’s fault. We truly appreciate everyone who tended to our child and tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible."

"EDIT: To the response. The information is still misleading, and doesn’t change the fact that while my daughter HAD an urgent need, I STILL waited. I was VERY kind and also VERY patient with the staff. The wait room was absolutely empty, including the rooms children are taken in. I and ONE other person was there for a bruised wrist the same day..My daughter, too, had a respiratory illness. No child should be looked at on the outside and assumed that whatever it is they are troubled with, is “minor”. All cases should be taken as immediate, or URGENT as what the clinic is called. Somewhere should be stated that the “Urgent Care” is a reservation ONLY clinic. The care is not urgent if we are waiting 4-6 hours to see a doctor. While I understand there will be a wait, but of all the years I’ve been to this urgent care, I have never experienced a wait as long as I did. Please go someplace else. Okay, so, why is this place still called an “urgent care” if we need to reserve a time slot to be seen? That’s not an urgent care..that’s a clinic? “Urgent” (of a state or situation) requiring immediate action or attention”..I had to schedule for 4 hours later. It’s an inconvenience. My insurance for my baby wasn’t reading correctly, and they mentioned I “needed” to have my insurance available to make the reservation, instead of just booking me? And when I got back to figure it out.. And proceeded to charge me a boat load of money for only seeing the doctor for 2 minutes. She was very sweet, but the whole place needs to change their name, and specify that they are a “reservation only” clinic..please choose another place if you’re in need of immediate attention."

"Me and my 5 month daughter had a wonderful experience here. My voice and concerns were heard, the nurse and doctor made sure they explained everything well and I felt that there was genuine concern and empathy while I was there. Due to my daughters quickened heart rate we couldn't be released for a few hours but they moved us to a more comfortable room where we could have some quiet and I could breastfeed her. Later when I walked out to go to the bathroom the nurse even offered to hold her for me and I looked at the door and they had put up a "breastfeeding mama - knock before entering" sign."

"Beyond impressed with their care and compassion for my child. My 15 month old was sick with the flu and they got us in very quick to help get her examined and get her a breathing treatment. Because she was so sick, they got her in immediately even though her appointment time was much later in the day. They were very thorough about reexamining her and educating us on what they were doing and why. They even made sure to give her dye free medicine. She got home and was so much more comfortable! We are so very grateful for their help and compassion."
