"We sat at the Dr office for 5 hours yesterday they didn't even send my sons prescription to the pharmacy an now for the last 2 hours o been reaching out I get no response the lack of communication is horrible an this the 2nd time last time I sent fax about my son's prescription not being sent no response meanwhile my son is very sick an this Doctors office doesn't care at all"

"Bad experience!! They make him make an appointment and they don't see him until after 2 hours of waiting with the babies!! They do not have control of the patient files, the wait is too long and the consultation lasts a couple of minutes that do not leave room to ask questions!! The doctor went out to check something and according to me he would return to ask him questions but no!!! The query ended without realizing it! Bad experience!!"
