"Very unprofessional and bad craftsmanship!! Stay away from them. Yes, their prices are tad bit better than other suppliers but it's not worth the hassle and poor work and professionalism. I asked to talk to their GM directly, but they never let it happen, so they come up with some excuses or BS to not escalate the issues. Gave them a big business, but I repent going with them. Issue still not resolved despite several calls."

"Horrible experience - I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. Seriously. The two young men that came to install our new granite countertop snapped our piping that was attached to our sink while ripping out our old laminate countertop. Customer service was even worse than the job they performed. Supposedly, according to Carolyn, who is the manager I spoke with to try to resolve our broken pipe issue, my wife went in to sign the paperwork and was explicitly told and made aware of the fact that we were to disconnect the plumbing before their arrival; however, my wife was NEVER told we were required to do this. Despite Carolyn being adamant about this fact, she was not there to explain the contract; one of her employees who seems to work exclusively at the warehouse - who also barely could speak any English - gave my wife the contract. Carolyn keeps harping on the fact that my wife was told everything, despite her not even being present for the paperwork herself to explicitly explain the contract. My wife is a physician. She went in on a Saturday - on a day she did not have any patients scheduled. I think she's intelligent enough to follow a couple simple directions. Hypothetically, even if we were told to disconnect the plumbing and we mistakenly forgot to do it, this does not justify their snapping of our piping. Typically, if a company feels that they could be liable for damages, then they would stop what they're doing - not go ahead and break something and blame it on their client. To be honest, the above cost does not even compare to the 4 cabinets their employees scratched up, which I now have to try to replace or repair out of pocket, because there's no way I can prove that they were responsible for the scratches. No remorse. Poor customer service. Unprincipled. Poor work quality. No one from Cabinets & Granites Inc ever apologized for their negligence. And they still haven't. They would rather point the finger at us. There are just as affordable or even better options available in St. Louis. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere."
