"I thank God every day that a friend recommended Dr. Charette back in 2016 when our first child was born. She is excellent at what she does and so great with our kids! If the child is old enough, she involves them in the appointment and doesn't just talk to the parent. She's very responsive to questions via mychart and her office staff is also A+! She is great at explaining things and we never feel talked down to. Our first two kids were pretty low on the growth charts. She helped us keep an eye on it and reminded us that every kids has their own growth curve so it's not always a cause for alarm. When we had a hiccup with our thirdborn's jaundice levels, she was on top of, but again not an alarmist. The issue was quickly cleared up thanks to her attention to the issues. We love the Cook Children's system in general and Dr. Charette is a big part of that."

"Dr. Charette is the absolute best! We’ve been using her for nine years and had another baby three months ago that she sees. She’s very kind and I love that she takes the time to explain things in detail. Honestly, I’m a lot for a doctor to deal with when I have a newborn and she’s been very patient with me. The staff is great, too! The nurses and the receptionists are all super friendly. Also, we never have to wait for long at our appointments. You won’t find a better place to take your little ones."

"Dr. Charette is genuinely one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She's kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and very respectful to both parents and children. She always gives us her full attention and I've never met a doctor who so consistently reviews and responds to messages through the MyChart app on nights and weekends. It's actually crazy how good she is. The office staff is always warm and attentive and I really can't think of anything that could make my family's experience with them any better. On the rare occasion Dr. Charette is unavailable, the nurse practitioners and doctors who stand in for her are always top notch. If there were more Vanessa Charettes in this world, it would surely be for the better."
