"I just started seeing Dr Ruth for my son and I love her! She actually sat in the room the whole time discussing things with me and I felt like she did her job as a dr. My past experiences with doctors is not so good because the nurse does all of the work then the doctor comes in looks at paper work and tells me everything is good and walks out. I hardly knew my other doctor that I had for many years before. I feel like I know Dr Ruth more than my past doctors, with just one visit."

"I honestly cannot understand how Ruth Fiedler Eaton has any business at all. I called there to try to get in with her as I had no primary care physician and have lived in Erie for the last 4 years. I was referred to Dr Eaton by a friend so I called to try to get an appointment there and was denied an appointment and was completely lied to as to the reason why they did not want to take me as a patient. That was several months ago. My son recently received a State medical card and it came with a designated primary care physician which was dr. Ruth fidler Eatonso today I called there to try to get an appointment for him to receive a vaccination that he needs and I was very rudely told that they would not see him because Ruth will no longer accept anyone with a medical card. I strongly recommend no one tries to get in to this medical clinic as they are liars and extremely rude. This place definitely needs to get off their high horse!"
