Jon never made me feel dumb when I asked a million questions and then repeated them. If ever I needed to contact him he would respond almost immediately or if not at least by the end of day. We always felt we were in close contact if we needed something. The team is extremely tidy! Never left a mess and they sealed the room off so well that there was not an over abundance of dust.
