"This place is worthless. We bought kitchen cabinets here and they screwed them up big time and would not backup their products. They messed up the size the finish and type of cabinets. We needed to go elsewhere and buy parts to make them work because they would not work with us at all. I would recommend no one ever shop here."

The initial top we first ordered was made incorrectly so that was kind of a let down but Builders Warehouse reordered it a second time from the manufacturer and it looks beautiful. "Sales person was very professional yet personable. Not pushy at all. I was in there looking at kitchen cabinets, I want to get what I absolutely love, yet stay within a budget. He was thorough and honest. I also went to the 3 home stores. One I did not like the quality. Second I've had problems with before on a recent appliance order, the third just seemed a little overly eager to get me to spend my money there. But the third has a line of Thomasville cabinetry I absolutely fell in love with. She did do her best to tell me what I could and couldn't do to stay within my budget Thinking I'm going with builders warehouse tho. They have good service, selection and good quality for the price. Upgrades are of course available. I'm sure I can put together something I love and will be happy with and get more for my money. Builders warehouse is an asset to the Peoria area, offering quality at a great price and the sales people leave you alone to browse yet are right there with you if you have any questions. Please don't waste your money, if you're on a budget like I am, give builders warehouse a look see. The hats line of kitchen cabinets has all the upgrades I'm looking for at a great price. Also, quartz counter tops are much less expensive. Bottom line is you get more for you money, quality and options as the other home stores. Im also going to check into their appliances. If I get an invite to review again after my next visit, I'll definitely do it. Happy remodeling or building, what ever your project, for stone and kitchens, even tile floors and faucets, i will continue to builders warehouse."

"The wife and I went out looking for lawn furniture in April 2017 and I came home with a monster DIY project instead: remodel the kitchen and living room at the same time. I used Builders Warehouse for everything in the kitchen remodel. I thought the staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me and my wife complete this odyssey into the DIY world. Bottom line is this place is cheap with quality stuff.
