"Darla at the front desk is extremely rude. Her demeanor with patients is very poor and she treated our family with a great lack of respect and was intentionally mean. When addressed, she refused to apologize or change her tone. A very disappointing representation of the clinic as a whole."

"Went to establish care with Dr. Brokloff. I filled out all of the paperwork they sent me and got through the whole health history with her when she asked me about my COVID19 vax status and I told her I was choosing not to get it. After trying to shame me into getting it she she said we weren’t a good match and that and she wouldn’t charge me for the visit and insulted my 30 year career as a nurse and stormed out the door like a 3 year old. She didn’t even have enough kindness or professionalism to help me find the exit. If you have religious convictions she has no tolerance for you or your religion as in her world those religions don’t exist in healthcare. So much for diversity it only exists within her beliefs. I would never recommend her as physician."

"I'm watching patients getting seen and walking out the door while I'm sitting in the waiting room not getting called!! I'm told they're backed up. Parking lot is pert near empty, I'm the only one in the waiting room and I've been here for an hour. Do not go here for any treatment!!!!"
