"They didn't call back."

"This is by far the worse insurance company in America. You should stay without insurance than for you to get insurance from these folks. I have been trying to reach out to my adjuster Mr. Ellington and his supervisor Ms. Karina for over a week to no avail. I called the claims department and spoke to an agent who said she could not transfer me to an adjuster because of system issues. She took my number but no one called back. I called the next day and spoke to Ruben who said someone will call me back as well. No one ever did after all the numerous voicemails I left as urgent. My car is sitting at the shop incurring storage fees but Fred Loya says they can only pay up to $500 in storage fees when I have close to $3000 in accumulated storage charges. Don't dare get insurance from these people because you will regret it for sure. So sad how you pay your premium every month but can't get help from your insurance company when you need it"

"The only reason I deal with them is because they're a little cheaper than the other companies. They make you come into the office for any little change. They overcharged me on my auto withdrawal because the girl working in the office made a mistake and didn't remove a vehicle off of my policy in time after making me come in to make the changes, and still screwd up. But like I said, they're a little cheaper."

"Cheap insurance for the state minimum requirements. However, my bank account number was comprised not too long ago and I had to call up and explain what happened and then update my bank account info (routing / account info) so they could process my upcoming payment. OMG you would think I had attempted to start a whole new insurance policy. After 30 minutes of explaining the situation and trying to update they still got it wrong. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if I wasn’t at work."
