"We filed a claim days after obtaining full coverage. The accident did not involve any other party or vehicle as my mom only lost control during a construction zone area. When the adjuster came to look at the car he wrote up the total cost of damage. After I dropped the car off to the body shop they had a supplemental, in which the adjuster came out again and recorded everything and approved it. The body shop went and purchased over $6,000 worth of parts and started on the car and a week later the claim adjuster emailed the body shop to stop all repairs and said they were not going to pay anymore and needed to do an investigation. When the investigation lady name Amie Plunk called she requested an in person investigation and identity verification, in which we declined. They then proceeded to go to my mom’s house 2 weeks later with the police and interrogated her and made her feel like a criminal. Mind you we have FULL COVERAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"PRISCILLA SALAZAR the so called claims adjuster from HESPERIA,CA has to be one of the most unprofessional person I had to deal with to be honest. How did she even get her job position. It takes forever to get in contact with her and she has the audacity to hang up on a paying customer. her supervisor and corporate office should take the time to listen to the recorded calls and definitely look into her work ethics as a paying customer deserves at least decent customer service. The holidays are over and she should take her job a little more serious. If I could give her a no stars I would as it’s a shame to have personnel this unprofessional but mainly disrespectful. Maybe change your position if you have no patience to deal with paying customer who pay to get help when accidents happen. Woman who feel entitled and find the time to belittle customers because of their job position. will be taking my review to every possible source as customers do not need to deal with this type of negligence, disrespect and unprofessionalism. These type of workers are who give the company a bad reputaion. DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE YOU CAN BE PAYING FULL COVERAGE FOR YEARS AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND GHOST YOU TO NOT DEAL WITH A CLAIM. I KNOW WHAT I AM PAYING FOR AND WHAT I AM ENTITLED TO AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH COVERAGE. PRISCILLA SALAZAR HUMBLE YOURSELF YOUR JOB TITTLE DOESNT MAKE YOU ANY BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE."

"Everyone has been great to work with except the adjusters. After my initial contact with them it took more than six weeks and hundreds of calls, that no one answered, to finally speak to someone again. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied."

"My insurance adjuster Jorge Cabildo did not respond after 15+ calls. One of their drivers hit ME. All I need is for them for a send a short, simple email to my insurance so I can get repairs affordably. No one else I talk to seems to care. Do NOT ever buy this insurance. And if you get Jorge Cabildo as your adjuster , I recommend switching asap."

"This claims department is horrible, especially the adjuster Paul Marshall and his supervisor Ryan Hatchell. I have left several messages and emails regarding my reimbursement for my rental and this has been since June. We are now in August and I still cannot get a returned phone call."
