"Chad quoted good premiums and was knowledgeable. He did not mention the fees until we were ready to proceed with the auto and home policies. Because our auto policy was renewing the next day, we agreed to the Goosehead policies. A few days later I notified Chad that we wanted to cancel the auto policy and not pursue the home policy, which was to take effect in 3 weeks. It is now one month later and we are still experiencing issues. Branch claimed multiple times that they were not aware of the cancelations; therefore, our credit card was charged the full premiums for auto and home. The home policy wasn't to go into effect until 16 days after I had notified Chad that we didn't want to obtain insurance with Goosehead. Today I received communication that our credit card was charged for a portion of a home policy that should never have gone into effect. Customer service is very important and not what we have experienced with Goosehead."
