"I was with this agency for years. I tried to get my rates lowered but was told that because of an accident three years ago that they could not help. I found a better rate with better coverage for fifty dollars less a month. I informed the agent I was going when my current policy ended. The next day I was cancelled. Not a good way to do business. I then called the agent to find out what had happened. She told me I authorized the cancellation and she had a recording of my call to prove it. I asked to hear the recording and she just gave me a lot of double talk. I guess they don't know that it's illegal to record a person's conversation without their consent. If this is how they do business I want nothing of it anymore. I had highly recommended them to several friends but I will now not do that anymore. Be cautious doing business with them...."
