"I left a 5 star review back in September 2023 for Travis Alexander, but I wish I would have waited. I have had nothing but problems and keep getting the run around with this office. It takes 6-8 weeks for my policy to get updated when I make a change. The company continues to go up on my Auto Policy almost every month since I have joined and most of the time the agent cannot explain why my premiums increased. It takes a week or more for a representative to get back with me if they choose to get back with me. This is just a few issues I have had with this company. The agents do not tell you all the information you need to know up front when signing on with State Farms. In my opinion, they are more concerned with getting new customers on board so they can get their commission. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mader-Bagley based out of Weatherford, Texas. I would give them a zero star if allowed."
