"It was a very cool feeling I got. It is absolutely impossible to enter the Consulate without an appointment. I had to pick up the NEM ID and couldn't get in and they didn't answer the phone, so had to stay down in the lobby. The lady was nice enough, but it is very chilly to enter. Stands behind bulletproof windows and must speak through a microphone. Got very little difficulty and information on the few questions I needed to ask. It used to be much easier and much more welcoming to be able to contact the Danish consulate in Chicago. Not at all the Danish way that we are so well known for."
"They're very nice. I arrived there before my appointment time I told staff and she said you can have biometric now. And finished biometric so quick."
"Very friendly staff, easy to work with. I submitted biometrics and application for Danish work permit today. No wait for service even when I arrived before my appointment. I'm very pleased with the experience."
