We get to the room and the nurse or NP tells us she can't give him the vaccine because he's not 12 months until the next day and they can't give it a day earlier. But they're the ones that scheduled the 12-month vaccine appointment on this date, that they can't give him the shot on, not us?????? Waste of time. Laredo healthcare at its finest."

They tell me I’m next 10 min pass the receptionist tells me my baby has another doctor just to call and change the provider and that’s not the problem the problem was why didn’t they tell me that when I got there? All because they forgot to sign me"
