"Not managed well when they overlap appointments to make everyone wait so they can get a hundred plus individual done in one day. Asked the person in front how long is the wait when I first entered the building, guess she was there to upset clients because she said only one person in front of you. Well after still waiting for an hour and a half to be seen I needed to leave so I did. Not like they cared about my time or if I had anything planned, extremely frustrating with the way this was handled."
"Had an appointment at 12pm, waited 2 hours and had to leave due to having a newborn. I was just in for a cleaning and ask how much longer before leaving and they said 2 patients were infront. I normally wouldn’t mind waiting but why schedule multiple appointments at the same time. Never going back again."
