"Thought this dentist office would be great because of reviews. I’m from North Carolina and just recently moved here. I went for my baby’s first dentist appointment. I went to my appointment at 11:30 am on time, was literally waiting in the waiting area for an hour, I went to the receptionist in the front and asked her if my baby is about to be seen, she said she would check and would get back to me. Didn’t even care at all and just left me waiting again for half an hour. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half and got really upset because they shouldn’t take that long. I told the receptionist thank you for letting me know about my baby’s status, decided to leave the office because of that horrible long wait time. Another thing that got me angry was that a lady and her two sons got there after me and she was only at the waiting area for 20 minutes and got seen before me. I’m guessing because she knew someone there. They give special care to the people they know. This is why I’m not coming back to rodeo dental because of there long wait time. 1 hour and a half? Are you kidding me? Please do better, if the dentist has too many appointments don’t make too many and let people wait so long. Worst dentist experience I’ve had ever."

"The best dental office I have gone to, the doctor is busy but she is on point, everyone is polite and patient, shout out to Karen she stayed with me while I waited for the anesthesia to kick in, I am grateful for her, and the doctor."

"Excellent treatment and very attentive staff, they answer all of your questions and return calls promptly. Short waiting times and very flexible office hours. The waiting area is very fun for children in case they do have to wait on a busy day. Over all a great experience every time."
