"Worse place to work out! Horrible customer service! I have been paying for a personal trainer but then my trainer left and I never heard anything from tru fit saying that she left. The trainer texted me. I went up there and talked to them and they blamed it on she took my file. Then i just called up there to try and cancel it again and I got so much attitude. Disrespectful! Never going there ever again!! Jeremy is very helpful! Tried to do everything in his power to try and help! We will see how it goes next week!"

"Love this place ! All the employees are very friendly and willing to help in anyway. Ashley is great!! She is so friendly and helpful to everyone that comes in. There is something for everyone from beginners to advanced fitness level. Highly recommend this gym!!!"

"Pros: 1) Plenty of equipment whether you are a beginner or have been training for years. 2) The fitness staff is top-notch. Anissa, the trainer, is very credible and knowledgeable, and Nate, the manager, deserves kudos--he is everywhere, all the time, doing everything. 3) Hydro-massage therapy and sauna are great perks. Cons: 1) No towels provided (really the biggest con). 2) Front desk feels disorganized/distracted/bored sometimes. 3) Gym etiquette not enforced -- most members don't bother to clean up equipment after use and the 'shower before sauna' rule is not always observed. Still, overall, a good value for the money, and I would recommend, especially given the other options in Amarillo."

"I really enjoyed the Tru Power class! It’s a really great workout and the trainers are awesome at pushing your limits. I had Abraham as my personal trainer as well and he was great! Answered all of my questions and helped push me to my goals! The facility is clean and well organized and the staff is always friendly."

"Good gym, but honestly they don’t even care to give maintenance to it. Men’s locker rooms and restrooms are always dirty and no soap or toilet paper available. Just this week, they had to take care of a mold problem! The stall doors in the restroom are falling off and one has even been gone for OVER A YEAR!! There are many lockers that have a door missing and they don’t even care to fix it. The flooring along the dumbbell area is lifting and it’s a tripping hazard. Staff doesn’t care to keep people accountable for racking their weights so there is equipment spread out all over the floor. When this gym started it used to be well maintained, clean and kept up, but quality has seriously gone down. I honestly don’t know where the so called “maintenance fee” goes into."
