"Poor customer service and even worse communication. They play the typical dealership game. They’ll tell you what you want to hear, and never follow through. After our phone call I was hoping we could have fixed the dealer caused issue. All we wanted was the OEM Jack re-installed on our trailer. I recommend not having work done by their shop. They lack attention to detail and it shows through their work. * drain holes that were drilled in the floor for the flooring were never de-burred *self tapping screws are there fix for everything"

"I’m December of last year we purchased a used living quarters trailer from CoolHorse while we were visiting family in Texas. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the trailer over the winter. Then as the weather it warmer, we tried the air conditioner, however, it was broke. We found a local company to install a new one, and CoolHorse paid for the new unit and installation. We were very thankful to deal with a company that has integrity."

Now sooner than later. Called Coolhorse and they were able to get me in right away all fixed up and even better with a separate shut off valve to the toilet.
