"Would not rebalance the two front wheels on my Lexus ES350 without doing all 4 wheels. I need 2 done at a time to try to diagnose a vibration in the steering wheel. Very disappointing that I could not get Toyota to do this service, I even offered to pay for the full 4 wheel service but just wanted the two front wheels done. They refuse and in fact do not even seem interested in talking to me. I used to have a lot higher opinion of Toyota than what this dealer is providing. Where else should I take my Lexus in Amarillo?"

"When we bought our RAV4 Hybrid, the experience was not that great as the salesman did not know how to address women (my wife) as the buyer instead of directing all aspects of the sale to a man. Since then, my wife as bought the RAV4 in for service and some of the service members were very pushy and blunt about additional products and services they felt our RAV4 needed. But for the past 3-4 visits, she had worked with Ryan Escalon and my wife had nothing to say but good things about how he treated her fairly and did not push services that were needed. I went to the dealership with my wife about getting new tires and Ryan was the same way with me, professional, easy to talk to, and honest. He’s the reason why we came back to buy all new tires with an alignment at Street Toyota than to other places. More service members need to see Ryan as an example of how to treat people and provide options and services without being pushy, you will get more business that way. Thank you Ryan!"
