"Mattress that we ordered is not the same quality that we received. The mattress that we received is 10x softer and has a crater hole in the middle that we sink into. Cannot get a hold of anyone that will actually help. Trying to return or exchange the mattress is the HASSLE! Also, dont order the sheets, the fitted sheets do not fit the thickness of the mattresses they sell."

"fine print... I was aware of the $78 fee for picking up the unwanted mattress, and if you do not exchange and just return it they take 15% off the price you pay. But the catch I didn't see is if you decide to exchange it it must be for a mattress of equal or greater value. Not right!! also it is pretty much impossible to take advantage of the matching price guarantee as most mattress companies have a set price they will sell at. And let's say you do, they start comparing tax rate to get out of actually doing something. And as stated by sales "Tempurpedic gets angry about places selling for less" So it's a guarantee they know they will never have to fulfill."

"What a great way to mattress shop. We visited the store and were the only ones in the store. Tried out the various mattresses and then purchased it a few days later online and it was then delivered the next day. Everything went smoothly and the the delivery guys were on time as expected. The only thing was the guys came with no masks and especially with things ramping up I would expect that to be mandatory right now as a company policy."
